You have to admit, that was pretty easy. Here is the whole recipe...
1. Slice 2 bananas
2. Pour 2 cups of milk in a blender
3. Add Bananas to the blender
4. Add 150 grams of Greek yogurt to the blender
5. Add scoops of Limitless Baobab Powder to the blender
7. Drink and enjoy!
This is the traditional way to make a Baobab Fruit Smoothie. In Africa, it is sometimes called Mawuyu, Umkhomo - but whatever you call it, it is packed with nutrients.
