Soluble Fiber and Pectin Content Are Important

Baobab Fruit has one of the highest Pectin levels of any fruit.  Baobab Fruit is about 56% Pectin by weight.  Apples, considers a high pectin fruit contain about 1% by weight.

Great, So I Will See The Pounds Fly Off With Baobab?
